Vivian Valdez Saldana, Esq.<\/h2><\/div>

Vivian Valdez Saldana, a Fresno native, earned her B.S. in International Business from Fresno State University before moving to Madrid, Spain. There, she worked as an Interpreter for the Foreign Commercial Service at the American Embassy, where she helped American companies establish franchise opportunities in Spain. She later obtained her Juris Doctor and began her legal career in the San Francisco Bay Area, focusing on workers\u2019 compensation defense with various firms.

Upon returning to Fresno, Vivian joined her father in practice, inspired by his dedication to the law. She is a highly skilled attorney fluent in Spanish, specializing in workers\u2019 compensation, personal injury, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and trucking accidents involving tractor-trailers.

Vivian is a Life Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an elite group of attorneys who have resolved cases worth over two million dollars. She has successfully settled multiple cases at or above this level. Recognized for her excellence, Vivian was named to the 2024 and 2025 Northern California Super Lawyers list\u2014an honor awarded to only 5% of attorneys in the region.
